Post Storage Fees

Storage Fee is the amount invoiced per quantity of items stored and the storage period, for example number of days.

Process

  1. A method called Create Overview on the Trade Item Storage Job Worksheet gathers information of stored goods and calculates the fees according to weight of the stored items and length of period.

  2. When calculation is finished and all prices have been found, the journals are created with another action.

  3. Then journals are posted, by using the standard BC posting method.

  4. After a successful posting, Project Planning Lines have been created. These entries are used to create Sales Invoices, by means of the standard BC invoicing method.

Trade Item Storage Job Worksheet

A line will be created for every item being stored. To the right there is a factbox that shows more information for the that is currently in selected.
