Create / Update Delivery Agreement
The sales are made through the Delivery Agreement.
You can refer the Wisefish Guide Delivery Agreement to learn in detail about the Delivery Agreement.
The Wisefish Trading module utilizes the Wisefish Delivery Agreement feature to convert the draft sale details created by the user in the Sales Demand Worksheet into an actual sales agreement.
Create New Delivery Agreement
To create a new Delivery Agreement from the Sales Demand Worksheet Lines:
Select the Sales Lines.
Click on Home and then click on Create/ Update Delivery Agreements action.

A confirmation pop-up window will appear to verify the creation of the Receipt Agreement. Click the Yes button to confirm the action.
The system will notify you that the delivery agreements have been created.

Once the Receipt Agreement is created, the Sales Agreements Cue in Activity - Trade section of Trading Home Page displays the number of Delivery Agreements that have been generated. This cue displays the Agreements that are marked as Open or Released.

Click on the Cue to view the list of Delivery Agreements that have just been created from the Sales Demand Worksheet Lines.
The Delivery Agreement List page is displayed.

Additionally, the Sales Demand Lines are automatically removed from the Sales Demand Worksheet after the Delivery Agreement is created and stored in Demand Worksheet Lines Archive table.

Update Delivery Agreement
The system enables users to update existing Delivery Agreements by adding additional lines from the Sales Demand Worksheet.
To add new lines to an existing Delivery Agreement, the following prerequisites must be met:
The Receipt Agreement must be in Open Status.
The Receipt Agreement has matching criteria including Sell-to-Customers, Document Type, Order Date, Stock Center Code and Currency Code.
To Update Delivery Agreement:
Select the Sales Lines for each Customers from the Sales Demand Worksheet.
Click on Create/ Update Receipt Agreements action.

A confirmation pop-up window will appear, prompting user to verify the creation of the Delivery Agreement. Click the Yes button to confirm the action.
A new pop-up window will appear, prompting the user to confirm whether to create a new Delivery Agreement or allocate lines to an existing matching Delivery Agreement. The system automatically identifies matching agreements and provide user an option to allocate selected purchase Lines to existing Delivery Agreement or Create a New Delivery Agreement.

The option Allocate to existing delivery agreement is selected by default.
Click on OK button to Update the existing Delivery Agreement by allocating the selected lines to it.
A notification is displayed informing No of Delivery Agreement updated is 1.

The Delivery Agreement is updated, and the newly added purchase lines are included in the Delivery Agreement Lines.

After the delivery agreement have been created from the Sales Demand Worksheet Lines, the Trade Allocation cue in the Activities- Trade section of Trader Home page displays the number Delivery Agreement Lines that are available for allocation against the Purchase Receipt Agreement Lines.
