Introduction

In WiseFish the user can record all necessary information about fishing trip from catch to settlement. The system handles both ice-fishing (fresh raw material landed in various containers or bulk) and freezer trawler production. All information about crew, crew costs and payroll information can be recorded and sent onwards to payroll systems.

Key Features

Registration of Fishing Trips

• This feature is used to registers the Fishing Trip for Own Vessel and Third Party Vessel.

Landing a Fishing Trip

• This feature allows the landing of Fishing Trip for both raw material and freezer trawler production.

• There is a possibility of handling Own Vessels and/or Third Party Vessel. Landings from 3rd party vessels can be combined into one purchase.

Crew Management

• This feature is used to log and maintain the Crew details and Crew Costs per fishing trip. These details can be imported into payroll system.

Invoicing

• The sales order and invoices can be created and posted while landing the fishing trips.

• The invoices for raw material purchases can be generated for analyzing the total cost quantity and cost of purchases per vendor and vessels.

• Internal sales handles the sales of catch from fishing operations to factories.

• The Landing Harbour can also be calculated and displayed in Invoice Reports.

Objectives

• Setting up Wisefish Fishing module specific data like Vessel, Fishing Equipment, Fishing Areas, Harbors etc.

• Facilitate the fishing activities from Fishing until the Payroll.

• Provide insights on various Crews and their Positions.

• Generate various reports that help analyze the fishing related data accurately
