Enhancements:

1. Add To RA from many FSO notes
   Multiple FSO notes of the same landing can be added to a Receipt Agreement.
   

2. Clean up in User Profile
   Some fields were moved within the User Profile Card.

Resolved Issues:

1. Error in Sildesalgslaget Job Queue
   The Job queue was going into error mode and was sending multiple error messages.
   

2. FSO fish type code BUG in list
   Trailing zeros in the Fish type code list were causing errors when sending notes.
