Enhancements:

  1. Fields in Receipt Agreement for Your refrence and Vendor Shipment No
    The field "Your Reference" was added to Receipt Agreements and Blanket Receipt Agreements and ensured that it copies from Blanket to RA, and from RA to Posting documents. Also ensured that the "Shipping Reference No." is put into "Vendor Shipment No." in posting documents, and also into "Your Reference" if that field is blank.

  2. Item by Lots Availability fact boxes: Assign lot to a selected item line in a sales agreement
    A new action “Assign Lot to Agreement Line” has been introduced into the “Item by Lots Availability” fact-box. Similar changes have also been implemented for the “Item by Original Lots Availability” and the “Item by Storage Agent Lots Availability” fact-boxes.

  3. Shipping Instructions - show same report in SSA
    The Shipping Instructions Report can now be accessed through the Storage Shipment Agreement, similar as in Delivery Agreements.

  4. Ensure that fields "WiFi BUoM Net Weight Kg" and "WiFiBUoM Net Weight Lb" in table Item are filled out after upgrade to new WiseFish.
    A new procedure was added, to make sure that information for these two fields is filled in during an upgrade, in case they were empty.

  5. Insert vendor for shipping cost automatically in Estimated Additional Cost
    The registration of the “Item Charge No.” in the additional estimated sales cost for a delivery agreement now populates the vendor no. based on the related shipping agent from the agreement header, when the “Cost Rate Category” = Shipping. Similar changes were applied to the additional purchase cost for the receipt agreements.

  6. Lot Product Cost Price List
    Changes were made to the action "Fetch Unit Price" in the "Lot Products" page (under the Lot page), to fetch Unit Prices from the "Lot Products Cost Price" table, if there are entries there, otherwise from the Item Card.

  7. Improve error messages
    The error message when releasing Sales Documents, when “Item Sample” is checked in the Delivery Agreement, now gives better information about the root of the error.


Reports:

  1. Posted Sales Invoice Report
    When the Base Weight Unit was set to Undefinded an error was thrown that the lenght of the string is 11 but it must be less than or equal to 10 characters.

  2. Purchase Invoice Report
    When an invoice did not have a direct link to the Receipt Agreement, an error was thrown that the Purchase header does not exist.

  3. Shipping Instructions Per Week
    Credit Delivery Agreements are now filtered out from the report and a Year filter was added to the request page of the report, so it can filter on past years.

  4. Packing List Detail - Agreement
    Information in the Quantity column was showing a lot of trailing zeros. This has been fixed by an updated to the rounding of decimals.
    Additionally, the layout of the report was improved.

  5. Inventory Overview
    When setting the main grouping by Item and secondary grouping by Pallet No., the Pallet No. were not displayed.

Resolved Issues:

  1. Variant descriptions not working in Receipt Agreements
    When inserting an item that has an variant in a RA, the variant description is not inserted - just the item description. Now the "Description" field will show the "Variant Description" if a variant is inserted into Receipt Agreement Line.

  2. Flush from innova should not consolidate lines that don't belong to the same Delivery Agreement
    When two or more lines are flushed together, and they don’t belong to the same Delivery Agreement, then they are now no longer combined to the same trade item.

  3. Delivery Agreement Reservation repeated in same session gives error on previous DA.
    Not possible to reserve the same item in same session for two different Delivery Agreements. This has been fixed.

  4. Trade Item Credit Inbound Journal allows the posting outbound date to be before the inbound date which causes negative inventory in the ILE
    When validating the "Posting Date" field in a "Trade Item Journal Line", and the "Closing Type" = Credit, and the "Posting Date" of the recorded Trade Item in the line is newer than the recorded "Posting Date" in the line, then an error is thrown to the user.

  5. System does not update invoice status when posting document = transfer - Wisefish setup option
    When “Posting Document Type” = Transfer and the WF User Profile is set to automatically change the setting of the invoicing status to be in processing, after the creation of the transfer order, was not working in Devlivery Agreements.

  6. Multiple sessions for same user interfering with system functionality
    Changes were made to avoid the "... table is locked by another user" situation, by applying an appropriate exclusive write-access using FindSet(true) for the update method.

  7. Global Dim wrong at Credit Consumption
    Changes done for when a trade item is selected in a credit journal, the last "Trade Item History" entry is found, and if it has a "Dimension Set ID" then that is used. (I.e. a credit should use the same dimensions as were on the last debit.) Also, "Order ..." fields ensured to be filled out in the same place so that the entries on the right hand side of the selection window would not be hidden if there are filters set in the top of the page.

  8. First pallet picked as Finished, set Agreement to Finished
    Given a delivery agreement has a line that requires more than 1 pallet to be picked. When the first pallet gets picked as “pickingStatus: Confirmed”, then later it gets picked as “pickingStatus: Picking Finished”, then the whole agreement gets Warehouse Picking Status: “Picking Finished”. That should only happen when all required pallets have been picked and has now been fixed.

  9. Post Purch. Doc of Internal Sales Agr. has Location vs. Zone problem
    An error was thrown about non existent Trade Item Zone when selling between Stock Centers. Internal Sales Agreement are now no longer checking on Warehouse Inbound/Outbound restrictions.

  10. WF Logistics "Carriage Category Type"
    When a Carriage Category Type was set on a Vehicle, this information was not added automatically to the Transport Unit Wizard.

  11. Attachments are not inherited between agreements and invoices
    Attachments are now moved correclty to the sales document when it is created from a Delivery Agreement.

  12. Cost adjustment settlement wizard - error referencing wrong VAT posting setup
    The assignment method of the posting group related fields (Gen./VAT-Bus./Prod.) has been simplified and re-factored, for the “Cost Adjustment Settlement Wizard” in delivery and receipt agreements.

  13. Pallet Standard Code not filled in RA line when selecting Item with Pallet Standard Code set
    A fix was made for the Purchase Agreement Line when an Item is validated. The "Pallet Standard Code" is inherited from the Item card to the line.

  14. Manual lot nos on Stock Center card -> Use only as Tracking Lots.
    When landing 3rd party vessel with Stock Center, then create tracking lots from manual lot nos, not production lot nos.

  15. Production Agreements Processing stage and Lot code filter
    The tooltip for the WiseFish Setup field "Create Production Lot on PA Release" field has been improved. A problem with the WFUserProfile.Stage field, that was not put on the Lot when it is created from the Production Agreement, has been fixed.
