Feature Overview

This chapter is a short description of what Stream can be used for and which Wisefish features can be handled with Stream.

Receive pallets

For registered receipt agreements, either purchase or storage, create or update the pallets, register them on a certain Bin in the storage/warehouse. After this, the agreement can be posted and then the Trade Items will be created and become available for sale.

Ship pallets

For registered shipments, either sales or storage, reserve the pallet, move it to the shipping Bin and register it to a Transport Unit connected to the agreement. The pallets can either be pre-reserved and then picked by Stream, or Stream can give the position of all available pallets, according to the order. There is also an option to use 2-step picking, in the case where 2 warehouse workers handle the shipping process.

Move pallets between bins

This feature will move a pallet from one bin location to another. Options here are to

• move one pallet to a selected bin

• move two pallets to parallel bins (when using a double forklift)

Move trade items between pallets

This features is used when trade items (boxes) are moved between pallets. The options are several:

• Moving a selected trade item from one pallet to another

• Merge all trade items from one pallet to another

• Move a selected trade item from the pallet to the “floor”, i.e. leave it without a pallet number

• Move a selected trade item from the “floor” to a selected pallet

Upload photos

With this feature photos can be uploaded either to a pallet or to a transport Unit. The photos can then be viewed within BC.

Production

This features helps picking raw material from the bins, according to a specific production agreement.
