Add Cross company lists view in two places
A page extensions for Posted Sales Invoices and Production Agreement List was added.
A fix to be able to update agreements in Production Company that where already created when system was upgraded was also added.

When updating/adding a line from DA => PA the pallet standard is missing in PA
Added a check for empty "Pallet Standard Code" after SAL has been created and fetching it from Item if missing.
