Entering Quality Assessment
In addition to Size Assessments, companies can conduct Quality Assessments of the Catch for determining the appropriate processing of the Raw Materials. The Raw Material is sorted into Quality groups and the proportion of each group is also calculated and recorded in the system.
To enter a Quality Assessment, from the Fishing Trip card’s Actions tab, choose Evaluation/Quality Assessment.
The Quality Assessment window opens.
Choose the Raw Material and select a quality Grade.
In the Rate in Class field, enter the percentage of the raw material in the group that falls into this quality grade.
Create a line entry for each quality grade being recorded.
