Include note Lines with Zero price

Some lines in FSO notes are bycatch lines and have the price of zero, these lines are usually not imported to fishing trips or Receipt agreements. If user wants to import these lines he needs to choose the correct setting.

• Never - this is the default setting and lines are never imported

• Always - system always imports lines with zero in price

• Ask user - System asks every time if the lines should be imported.
