FSO Notes can be found in the FSO Notes List.
From the role center go to FSO > FSO Notes Data > FSO Notes
Automatically Import Notes
FSO notes are usually imported automatically to the system with Job Queues.
Manually Import Notes
It is possible to import notes manually. From the FSO Notes List go to Actions and select the Sales Organization. Import the note either by number or date.
