Trading Home Page Overview
The logged-in user with the necessary permissions to access the Wisefish Trading module lands on the Trading Home Page, which contains the following sections:
Navigation Menu: A list of menus providing access to additional supporting system components.
Navigation Bar: A collection of primary master files used in trading processes.
Action Bar: A set of key overviews and reports related to inventory and sales.
Activities – Trade: A list of cues displaying the main daily activities performed by trading personnel.
Activities – Invoicing: A set of cues for invoicing sales transaction to customers and general ledgers.

Trade Activities
In the Activities- Trade section of the Trader Home page, the cues for daily activities of sales personnel are arranged in a logical workflow from left to right sequence: Draft → Order → Trade Allocations.

The workflow sequence is as follows:
The user begins by entering draft purchases and sales into their respective worksheet lines. Purchase supply is recorded in the Purchase Supply Worksheet Lines, while customer sales demand is recorded in the Sales Demand Worksheet Lines.
Once the worksheet lines have been reviewed and verified, they are converted into actual Wisefish order documents: Receipt Agreements and Delivery Agreements. These newly created or updated documents are then visible and accessible in the Purchase Agreements and Sales Agreements cues.
Agreements that are ready for Trade Allocations appear in the Sales/Purchase queue, where supply and demand are linked and connected through the allocation process.

Activities - Invoicing and Documentation
Activities- Invoicing and Documentation section of Trader homepage displays the set of Invoicing and Documentation Cues that are used by the Backoffice personnel. The back-office personnel utilize a set of invoicing and documentation cues to manage their tasks. These cues are used in verifying documentation, preparing necessary paperwork, processing invoices, and generating posting documents. The cues displays the number of delivery agreements that are Available, Ready and are in Process of Invoicing and Documentations.
Insights
Furthermore, the Insights sections of homepage lists the Items that the Sales Personnel might be interested. The information about the Vendors and Customers are also displayed .
