Enhancements:

1. Production Agreements list page - should there be a "Release" dropdown
   Added an option to the Production Agreement list page, so Agreements can be released from this page.
   

2. Production Agreements connected to Delivery Agreement
   An error message have been introduced in the registration of a delivery agreement line, when attempting to update the connected production agreement line and the corresponding agreement has already been released, to disallow it without reopen it.

Resolved Issues:

1. Unable to open the Meal Zone Mixing page
   There was a problem with duplicate entries, that prevented the page from opening.
   This has been fixed.
