Troubleshooting

No stock center is set up for meal and oil.

No stock center has Meal and Oil turned on.

Turn on Meal and Oil on the Stock Center

The location code of trade item … does not match the location code of the zone …

A trade item in a zone has a different location than the zone.

Correct the trade item's location or zone.

A lot is missing from the page

The lot has no quality sample, or the trade items are not available or not in a Meal and Oil stock center.

Check the Lots with no Quality Samples FactBox, register a sample and refresh the page.

Date must be filled in. (in Lot Quality Details)

A new quality sample has no Date.

Enter the Date of the sample.

Reserve Meal Lots is greyed out

The total selected does not equal Target Quantity, or the page was opened from Search.

Adjust the selection until the total is green, or open the page from the DA.

Move between Zones is greyed out

Nothing is selected.

Select at least one line in the Meal Mixing and Reservation page

Error on WiFi TI Unit of Measure

The item's TI Unit of Measure is not the Base Unit of Measure, so it cannot be split.

Correct the item.

Raw Mat. - Official Reporting Code must have a value in Item: … (when reserving)

The item has no Official Reporting Code and is not excluded from catch certificates.

Fill in Raw Mat. - Official Reporting Code on the item card, or turn on Exclude from Catch Certificates.

Failed to reserve full quantity for Lot … / Total reservation quantity mismatch!

Some trade items became unavailable after the page was opened, or could not be split.

Refresh the page and select again.

Failed to move full quantity for Zone … / Total move quantity mismatch!

The move could not take the requested quantity, for example because a trade item became unavailable after the page was opened.

Refresh the page and select again.

Splitting Trade Item (…) Error Message: … / Split was not successful for OTI … / Split OTI … is unavailable after split

A trade item could not be split during Reserve or Move. The text after Error Message gives BC's reason, for example the unit of measure.

Correct the cause, refresh the page and select again. Lines handled before the error in the same action stay reserved or moved.

The selected lines are at more than one location …

Move between Zones was chosen with lines at different locations selected.

Select lines at one location only, and move each location separately.

Zone … is at location …, but the selected lines are at location …

The zone entered in the dialog is at another location.

Choose a zone from the list; it shows only zones at the right location.

You cannot move quantity into a different location …

The target zone is at another location (a check during the move).

Choose a zone at the same location.

You cannot move quantity into the same zone …

The target zone is the zone the line is in.

Choose another zone.

'Agreement Status must be "Open" or "Released".'

The DA status is past Released.

Reopen the DA, if that is allowed.
