Fishing Areas Setup

Fishing Areas (grounds) add some additional parameters surrounding the Vessels, Fishing Trips, and if used, Quota. They can be used to set a default area for a Vessel or define the area that raw material was caught.

  1. To look up or create a new Fishing Area, use the link in the Role Center or search for it.

  1. To create a new Fishing Area, click New

  1. Add a Code and a Description for the Fishing Area

  2. Additional, if used, a Quota System Code can be set for the Fishing Area.
