Trade Item Credit Consumption Journal

When posted raw material consumption is to be corrected, use the Trade Item Credit Consumption Journal.

Using the credit Journal

The journal can be found either in the Role or by using the Search field.

1. Select a batch to use

2. Create a new line

3. Fill in data in the line as needed, probably at least…

   1. the Posting date, usually the date when the consumption was posted

   2. and the Stage that the inventory consumed had before

4. Drill into the TI Closed Line No. to open a list of closed trade items. Select the trade item to be corrected

5. Confirm by pressing OK.
   The system automatically updates the credit journal line with information from the selected trade item.
   

   

6. Click Post button from the ribbon at the top of the page.
