Creating a Production Agreement

There are three ways to create a Production Agreement. A Production Agreement can be created from a Delivery Agreement. To view more details on how to do so, click here. It can also be created from a Production Forecast. In addition to that, it can be created by copying an existing agreement or by creating a new agreement (e.g., from the Production Agreement List).

Fill out Production Agreement

The first step of the process would be to fill out the Production Agreement Header. Other sub-sections are optional to fill out and depend on the needs of each user. The following step is to fill out the Production Agreement Lines with the products that will be produced.

Raw Materials and Products

Raw materials used in production are reserved to the agreement. Once they have been reserved the raw materials can be consumed through the Trade Item Consumption Journal. Following the consumption the output is logged in the trade item output journal. The output or TI’s produced will then be available in inventory.
