Post Production Against Production Agreement
Production can be posted into Wisefish in multiple ways; via the TI Output Journal, through the Pallet system, or by processing interfaced production messages from various external systems. If produced items have BOM, then the non-fish BOM components (ingredients, packaging, costs/resources) are posted automatically. Fish-raw material must be posted or flushed through TI Consumption Journals.
Link a pallet to a Production Agreement
When production is posted in the Pallet system, then also make sure that the produced inventory is linked to the Production Agreement over the "Order" field on the 'Agreements' tab in the pallet card.

The pallet record and produced trade items are now traceable back to the Production Agreement and the agreement lines updated with the new production statistics.
Reserving a production to a Production Agreement
When production is posted through the Trade Item Output Journal, then make sure that the following fields are properly linking the production to the Production Agreement.
Reserve to Agreement Type
Reserve to Agreement No.
Reserve to Agreement Line No.

When the Trade Item Output Journal lines have been posted, the Production Agreement lines are automatically updated with the current statistics.

WisePeripherals / Stream
When production is interfaced from external systems into Wisefish, via WisePeripherals and Wisefish External Production API (e.g., Innova or Rapid Trade), then as part of the automation process the system links the production data to the related Production Agreement - which was previously sent from Wisefish to the external data capturing system.
When the production is flushed into the Wisefish system, the link to the Production Agreement is kept and the Production Agreement lines updated accordingly.
