The Production Agreement Line Overview shows the lines from all production agreements in one list. It can be used to plan and follow up production across agreements: what’s due, what’s active, how much is reserved and how much has been produced, without opening each agreement.

If the WF User Profile has a Stock Center Code and Filter on Stock Center selected, the overview is filtered on this stock center.
Views
Two views are available at the top of the list:

Outstanding Lines |
Lines on agreements that aren’t Finished (status Firm Planned or Released). |

Finished Lines |
Lines on agreements with status Finished. |
Both views are sorted with the newest agreement first. New lines can’t be created and lines can’t be deleted here, this needs to be done in the production agreement itself.
Colours
The text colour shows how much of each line has been produced:

Nothing has been produced yet. |

Green |
The full number of trade items has been produced. |

Blue |
Production has started but differs from the ordered number of trade items: either partly produced, or more than ordered. |
These colours are calculated differently from the line colours on the Production Agreement card (see Layout of the Production Agreement).
