Setup

This chapter illustrates how the CFC module is set up in WiseFish.

Before using futures contracts, the user must decide:

• for which currencies futures contract should be used

• whether the futures contract should be created/updated automatically when posting

• whether to use a futures contract for purchase and/or sale

There are two possible ways to complete the set up. Either by using the Assisted Setup or going through the CFC Setup page manually.

• CFC Assisted Setup- Guides the user through the setup process and configurations.

• CFC Setup Page - Manually go through the setup from the CFC setup page.

If cancellation reason codes are to be used, the setup is done separately. More information on how to set up Cancel Reason Codes can be found here.
