When all data has been imported, the Raw Materials can be set up.
Start by clicking on FSO > FSO Setup > Raw Material Creation Setup from the role center.
Or search for Raw Material Creation Setup.
There are default values that are good to have in place but can be changed before posting to the Item.
If the user wants to be able to edit the Trade item Units of measure before posting the Landing, the “Flag Raw Material” need to be set.
Then the user will be notified when a new Item is created when new Note is imported.
The Item Nos. must be in place and is the number series for Raw Material created for the Sales Organization to your FSO notes. Often Item no. series is created with RV00001 like this:
These values must also be in place for the system to create Raw Material automatically from FSO notes.
