Crew Position
The default share percentage for different crew positions is defined under Crew Position.
Search for Crew Position or or click on Crew Position in the Navigation bar of the Role Center.
Open Crew Position
Click New to add a new record.
Choose each crew position to be included in the share distribution.
The default positions for crew members include: Captain, 1st Mate, 2nd Mate, Chief Engineer, 1st Engineer, 2nd Engineer, Cook, Net Braider, Boatswain, Inspector, Baader Technician, Deck Hand, and Mess.
The share distribution can be allotted in terms of number of shares or in terms of percentages of the catch value either in:
The Default Share field: Enter the number of shares to be allotted to each position.
The Default Catch Value Rate field: Indicate the percentage of the catch value this position is entitled to.
