The default percentage of total catch value eligible for the crew’s share distribution is set up in the Exchange Value Ratio table.

Search for Exchange Value Ratio or or click on Setup > Exchange Value Ratio in the Role center.

Click New to add a new record.

For each share settlement distribution required, enter a short identifying Code and a brief description of the exchange in the Description field.
A company may calculate the share value differently for individual vessels or groups of vessels (i.e. one vessel may receive 100 % of the catch value while another may have the share calculated only on 80% of the total catch value for the trip).

Enter the Percentage of the total catch value eligible for crew share distribution for each class created.
