Trade Item History shows every posted trade item transaction connected to the Production Agreement: what was produced and consumed, when, by whom, and on which lot and pallet. It can be used to check what has actually been posted against the agreement, or to trace a specific trade item.
Opening the history
On the Production Agreement, choose Agreement > Trade Item History.
The list opens filtered to entries where Order Type is Prod. Agreement and Order No. is the current agreement. This means it shows postings that were linked to the agreement when they were made, for example:
-
output posted through the Trade Item Output Journal with the agreement filled in
-
pallets created against the agreement
-
consumption created from the agreement's consumption journal
Postings made without a link to the agreement don't appear here, even if they used the same lot. To see everything on a lot, use the Lot Card or Trade Item Ledger Entries.
The same page without a filter is available from the role menu under History > Trade Item History, or through search.
