Registration of a Storage Shipment Agreement
The registration of a storage shipment agreement is done in same manners using the similar methods and principles as for a delivery agreement, when selling trade items. The main difference is that a storage shipment is purely shipping the trade items to their related customer via connected stock center (the owner), whereas the delivery agreement for sale of the trade items involves both selling and shipping.
Create a new Storage Shipment Agreement
There are two ways to create a new agreement card:
Create a Single Agreement
To create a new single empty Storage Shipment Agreement manually, use the New button either on an existing agreement card or from the list.
Copy to a New Agreement
It is also possible to find an older agreement and use the method beneath the New button Copy to a New Agreement:

Populate the header
Select Stock Center Code, i.e. the owner of the trade items. The field Customer must be specified on the Stock Center Card to enable the connection of each stock center to its owner.
When stock center has been selected, the Sell-to Customer No. and other customer fields are populated automatically
Select Location Code, where the items are stored
Other fields are filled as required, for example
Date fields
Salesperson Code
etc.
Create the Lines
The lines are then created with the Items to be ship.
Create a new line
Set Type = Item
Select the item number in field No.
Fill in other fields as needed, at least the No. of Trade Items
At this stage, the agreement has Trade Items (Base) and Net Weight, but no reserved items.

Reserve the Trade Items (Optional)
Next step could be to reserve which trade items to ship, but this is not mandatory, since this could also be done at the time of picking.
Click on TIs Availability Overview
Find the items to ship and reserve by clicking on Allocate ITs into Reservation
Reserving Trade Items is similar as when shipping items for sale.
See manual page Reserve Trade Items from Inventory
When the reservation is finished, the lines of the agreement become green:

Release
When the agreement is ready, it shall be released by clicking, Status > Release.
The system does some basic checks at the time of release. If release is successful:
Status is now Released
Warehouse Picking Status is Unavailable for Picking
Reopen
If something needs to be modified after release, the agreement must be reopened, before it can be modified.
Place Trade Items into Picking
After the storage shipment has been released, the Place Into Picking action is enabled:

This action has two different approaches, which the user should be aware of:
Pre-Reserved Trade Items: If trade items are already reserved (like explained above), then the pallet numbers have already been decided.
Suggested Trade Items: If there is no pre-reservation existing, the action will find appropriate pallets & their related trade items and allocate them into picking process.

The dialog when reservation exists
Click Place Into Picking
The action will check if the storage shipment contains pre-reserved pallets & their related trade items.
If reservations exist, the Warehouse Picking Method is Pre-Reservation
If no reservations exist, the Warehouse Picking Method is Suggestion
Click Yes to confirm.
For Suggestion method, the method will find appropriate pallets and their related trade items and allocate them into picking.
When done the following message is shown.

What the method does:
For pre-reservation, if reservations exist but they do not cover all the quantity each item line in the shipment is requesting for, the method will make an extra effort of suggesting for the remaining part of the quantity.
The Warehouse Picking Status is set to Ready for Picking for the corresponding storage shipment.
