Storage Shipment Agreements

A role should be used to have straight access to the Storage Shipment Agreement List from the home screen. Else the search field can be used to find the card, as usually.

Process Flow of the Storage Shipment Agreement

  1. Creating a new Storage Shipment Agreement
    There are two ways to create a Storage Shipment Agreement. It can be created manually, or an existing agreement can be copied into a new one.

  2. Registering a Storage Shipment Agreement
    The first step of the process would be to fill out the agreement card.

    1. The header contains information about the Customer, Stock Center etc.. Some sections of the header are optional, depend on the needs of the desired work process.

    2. Next step is to fill out the Storage Shipment Agreement Lines, which contain the Item numbers and quantity to be shipped.

  3. Reserve Trade Items
    The specific pallets to ship can be reserved at this stage, but this step can be skipped since it can be decided at the time of picking.

  4. Release the agreement.

  5. After release the agreement is Placed into Picking

  6. Picking a Storage Shipment
    The picking process is described in chapter Warehouse Picking Pallet Worksheet

  7. Post
    The final step is to post the agreement. See details in Posting a Storage Shipment Agreement

  8. Shipment fees
    After the shipment has been posted, the user has the option to register a fee for shipping the goods.
